Probate Court, Hardin County, Ohio.  Marriage License Application.

In the matter of David J. Heffelfinger and Laura Danz.  

To the honorable Judge of the Probate Court of said County:



The undersigned respectfully makes application for a Marriage License for said 
parties, and upon oath states:

That said David J. Heffelfinger is 27 years of age on the 21 day of March 1907.

his residence is Kenton, Ohio

his place of birth is Hardin Co., Ohio

his occupation is Machinist

his father's name is Frank Heffelfinger

his mother's maiden name was Lucetta Woods

that he was not previously married

and that he has no wife living.



That said Laura Danz is 25 years of age on the 19th day of Dec 1906.

her residence is Kenton, Hardin County, O

her place of birth is Hardin Co Ohio

her occupation is housekeeper

her father's name is Godlieb Danz

her mother's maiden name was ____

that she was not previously married

and is not a widow or divorced woman

that she has no husband living.



That neither of said parties is an habitual drunkard, epileptic, imbecile or 
instance, and is not under the influence of any intoxicating liquor or narcotic 
drug.



Said parties are not nearer of kin than second cousins, and there is no legal 
impediment to their marriage.

It is expected that Rev. Morgan A Peters is to solemnize the marriage of said 
parties.
