Will Book C Page 340
Will of Mary Carrothers of Harrison Co. 1st give to my mother, Ann Carrothers 
my horse, buggy & cow
2d give to my half sister, Margaret Ayers wife of John Ayers $300 cash.
3d after debts are pd give the bals of my estate to my one  sister & two 
brothers as follows 1st 1/3 to my sister Eliza Kennedy, wife of Jackson 
Kennedy, 2d 1/3 to my brother, Beaty Carrothers, 3d 1/3 to my brother 
Christopher Carrothers.
4th Appoints Christopher Carrothers Exrs [sic] Dated Aug 6, 1864 Mary 
Carrothers (seal)
Witness: T.R. Crawford, R.M. Kennedy. Probated Aug 17, 1864 Allen C. Turner, 
Probate Judge.
