Will of John Carruthers of Harrison Co.
1st Give to my brother Thomas Carruthers 1/2 of 1/9 part of all the land     
that my father James Carruthers owned at his decease.
2d  Give to my sister Phebe Carruthers 2/9 of s'd land
3d  Give to my sister Nancy Carruthers 2/9 of s'd land
4th Give to my sisters Phebe & Nancy all my household fixtures
5th Appoints Thomas Carruthers exr.  Dated May 19, 1872
