Thompson Journals Written: March 3, 1866 Will Book C Page 380 Will of Samuel Thompson of Green Tp, Harrison Co 2d wills that wife Elizabeth Thompson shall remain on the home farm in Green Tp where we now reside & have her maintenance therefrom during life & wills her also all household goods (except what I hereafter give to my son Samuel & his wife, Sarah. 3d I devise to my son Samuel Thompson the farm on which I now reside in Green Tp, being the SW 1/4 of sec 30 Tp 9 Range 4, in the Steubenville land district ctg 160 A more or less. Directs inter alia that he pay to each of my daughters, Martha Craig, Mary Gray, Eliza Gray, Jane Black, Margaret Cochran, Isabella Rea, and Ellen Hanna, $50, same to be a lien on said land. 4th gives Samuel the clock, one bureau (mahogany front & one set parlor chairs 5. gives Sarah Thompson, wife of Samuel, one pair of side tables. 8th Appoints son Samuel Exr Dated Mch 3, 1866 Samuel (his mark) Thompson (seal) Witnesses: David Bricker, Amon Lemmon.
