Will of Hugh T. Thompson of Harrison Co. 2d wills to wife, not named, the farm 
of 56 A on which we live in lieu of dower subject however to the dower of Jane 
Brown already on s'd farm, for life or during widowhood & then to be sold & 
the money be put in hands of guardians for my children.
At her death or marriage estate to be equally divided between my two sons, 
Harry T. McK Thompson & Charles R. Thompson
5th Appoints Samuel Foreman Exr
6th Appoints wife guardian of s'd children
Dated Dec 10, 1877 Hugh T. Thompson (seal)
Witnesses: Samuel Foreman, Asburh Birney.  Probated Feby 13, 1878 Amon Lemmon, 
pro judge
The widow Elizabeth R. Thompson comes in & accepts under the will.
