Thompson of Cadiz Tp 2d In lieu of dower, gives wife Mary Thompson during life the use of such of his R.E. as she wishes for her comfort. A. to son Emmett Thompson, my farm of abt 60 A known as the Healea farm & also 10 A of my home farm adjg. B. I give to my daughters Mary G. Thompson & Frances Eleanor Thompson the balance of my home farm ctg about 170 A to be divided equally between them. Mary to have north side & Frances south side & each to pay Emmett $133.33 C. I give to my daughters, Eolisa Birney & Jennie Sparrow my farm of about 152 A. Known as the Lee farm to be divided equally Eloisa to have north side & Jennie the south side Eloisa to pay Emmett $133 1/3. 5th Residue of estate to go to sd children 6th Appoints son Emmett & dau Mary G.
