                          ETTA M. BEATTY
     Etta M. Beatty, 82, of Greenfield, died Sunday, Oct. 11, 1998 at Edgewood 
manor, Greenfield.  She was born Aug. 11, 1916 in Highland County to Hamer 
Wisecup and Martha Caplinger WISECUP.
     Mrs. Beatty is survived by children Grace Lightle of Sabina, Norma Kipp 
of Hillsboro and Sylvia Shelton of Greenfield; brother James Wisecup of 
Greenfield; sister Dorothy Free; five grandchildren; three great-
grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.  She was preceded in death by 
brother, Roy Wisecup.
     A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 19 in Bainbridge Cemetery.
    There will be no calling hours.  Arrangements are by Smith-Moore Funeral 
Home, Bainbridge, Ohio.
