				MARY E. GRAGG
	Mary E. Gragg, 79, of Greenfield, died Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2006 at Ohio 
State University Medical Center in Columbus.
	Born May 29, 1927 in Greenfield, she was the daughter of Harry Layton 
Smith and Violet Marie (Strickrott) Smith.
	She was formerly a nurse’s aide at Buckingham’s Nursing Home and the 
Edgewood Manor, both of Greenfield.  She was also a former employee of the 
American Pad and Textile Factory in Greenfield.  She was a member of the 
Pilgrim Nazarene Church of Greenfield.
	She is survived by four sons, John (Nellie) Gragg of Hillsboro, Jimmy 
Lee (Diane) Gragg of Mansfield, Dave (Debbie) Gragg of Washington C.H., Tom 
(Anita) Gragg of Frankfort; four daughters, Betty Sexton of Leesburg, Jo Ann 
(Herb) Perkins of Hillsboro, Norma (Jim) Oyer of Greenfield, Donna (James) 
Miller of Sabina; 19 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; two great-
great-grandchildren; one sister, Olive Good of Greenfield; numerous nieces and 
nephews; and one daughter-in-law, Judy Gragg of Greenfield.
	She was preceded in death by her husband, Pearl Ray Gragg, Feb. 24, 
1992; one son, Orley “Bill” Gragg; one sister, Dorothy Rose; one brother, 
Paul “Gene” Smith; and both parents.
	Services by Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield, Ohio.
	Burial in Greenfield Cemetery.
