				MARGARET E. JONES
	MARGARET E. JONES, 90, of Greenfield, died Sept. 14, 2004, at Hearth & 
Care Nursing Home, Greenfield.  Born April 12, 1914, in Highland County, she 
was the daughter of HARRY MEREDITH and BLANCHE JOHNSON.  She is survived by ED 
(MARGARET) JONES of Lilburn, Ga., and JERRY (CONNIE) JONES; sister, EVELYN 
ROUCH of Hillsboro; two half sisters, BETTY EVANS and PAULINE MCCLEARY, and two 
half-brothers, FRED BENNETT and EDWIN BENNETT, all of Columbus; nine 
grandchildren, TOM TAYLOR, CAROLYN MCCOY, TERESA RONNICKER, CHERYL BEHM, JODI 
RALPH, BARRY JONES, MARCI REEVES, TIM JONES, and MIKE JONES; 17 great-
grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by 
her husband, DONALD JONES, on May 23, 1981, whom she married Feb. 29, 1935; 
daughter, JEAN TAYLOR; son, GLENN JONES, sister, MARIE SHAFFER; and 
granddaughter, JULIE JONES.  A graduate of McClain High School in 1933, she was 
a member of the South Salem Presbyterian where she was active with the Women's 
Association and also Presbytery.  Funeral at Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in 
Greenfield.  Burial in Greenfield Cemetery.
