				DONALD C. MARSH
	DONALD CHARLES MARSH, 84, of Greenfield, died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2004, 
at his home following an extended illness.  Born Dec. 29, 1919, in Hamilton, he 
was the son of the late CLYDE E. MARSH and EDNA (BOWMAN) MARSH.  He farmed in 
Clinton, Ross, and Highland Counties before accepting a position with the Ohio 
Dept. of Agriculture.  He was a 1937 graduate of Fairfield High School and a 
1941 graduate of Miami University.  An Army Air Corps veteran of World War II, 
he flew 33 B-17 combat missions before being shot down and detained as a POW 
until liberated in 1945.  He was a member of the VFW, Butler County Farm Bureau 
and formerly Greenfield B.P.O.E.  He is survived by his wife, MARGARET (BONNER) 
MARSH; one daughter, MARY LOU (JAMES) BARNHART of Greenfield; four sons, THOMAS 
(LALLA) MARSH of Columbus, Miss., RICHARD MARSH of Greenfield, BRUCE (LINDA) 
MARSH of Greenfield, and BRIAN MARSH of Greenfield; eight grandchildren, SHANE 
MARSH, NATHAN MARSH, BRANDON MARSH, DUSTIN MARSH, HEATHER MARSH, KYLE MARSH, 
JULIE BARNHART, AND AMANDA BARNHART; four great-granddaughters; two sisters, 
CATHLEEN MCCLEERY of Columbus, and JOANNE KENNEDY of Long Beach, Calif.;  
brother-in-law, DAVID BONNER of Hamilton; and sisters-in-law, EILEEN (MORETON) 
ALLGAIER of Fairfield  and MARY ELIZABETH GUNDLER of Hamilton.  He was preceded 
in death by a brother, CLYDE F. MARSH.  Funeral at Strueve Funeral Home in 
Greenfield.  Burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Greenfield.
