Delmer E. Rhoades, 72, of Mid Florida Lakes, Leesburg, FL died on Friday, 
August 18, 2006. Born in Hillsboro, OH, he moved to Leesburg in 1996 from 
Columbus, OH. He was an Auditor with the I.R.S. and a U.S. Navy Veteran of the 
Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church of 
Leesburg, Abiding Christ Lutheran Church of Fairborn, OH, the DAV, NARFE, MFL 
Shuffle Board Club, MFL-HOA, and of the Elks Lodge. He is predeceased by Son-
Larry Rhoades and Daughter-Jan Marie McCauley. He is survived by Wife-Mary E. 
Rhoades of Leesburg, FL; Son-Jeffery Rhoades of Xenia, OH; Daughter-Charmaine 
Marcum of Fairborn, OH; Brother-Melvin Rhoades of Lynchburg, OH; 5 
grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held at the 
Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, Leesburg, Florida on Sunday October 8, 2006 at 
2:30PM. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Gloria Dei Lutheran
