FHL# 2316401 cs. #54 (Poor quality) Hocking Co., Ohio I Zacariah Danison of Hocking County Falls Township do make and publish this Last Will and Testament herby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore maid firstI direct that my body be decently interred on the Franses Danison farm. According to rites and serman of the church on that my funeral ____________________with my estate and situation in life ?as to such worthy estate to it hath to pleased god to in trust_with, I dispose of the same as follows first. I decrict that all my debt and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my deceased as possible out of the first meney that should come into the hands of my executrix from any person of my estate allso I direct that a fair valuation and appraisement be maid acording to law? of all my estate and sold by publick auction good current money and that all the real estate for which I shall__________be devided acording to the estatements on track of land lying in Bedford county containing three hundred and seven acres. This land is to be divided between Comfort Right and Zachariah Danison Junior of the said Comfort Right is to have her part of that land as long as she lives after her death this land is to come to Sary Hamilton. Aulls (also) what money there is in the hand? of John Ellik Esq. is to be devided between Zakk McClain and Elizabeth Danison. Alls I direct that all of my house hold furniture be left in the care of my beloved wife. I alls hereby vest in my executors to see to the takin cear of my beloved wife all the rail (real) and personal estate are to be devided between Liddy Lowe and Levi Danison and Sary Hamilton Frances Danison after the deth of my beloved wofe. Allso direct that one colt and one rifle gun belong to Perry Danisin son of Franses Danison. Allso I direct the produce of my personal estate before the suport of the family to be desposed of and be devided equally as soon as it can be done. Shear and shear like amongst my said wife and my children acording to the statement of four said of my real and personal estatel. Thus bequethed to my wife and said children and I do hear by make and ordain my esteemed (lab-ours) Richard Burgis and _________________of this my last will and testament. In witness where of Zacheriah Danison the testator have to this my will written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this 4th day of July year of our loard one thousand eight hundred and thirty five.
