Item 2: I desire that after the payment of any debts and the execution of a suitable monument over my grave and the payment of the bequest mentioned in Item 1st that the residue of all my estate shall be divided share and share alike between my children Jacob Mowry, Nancy Woolf, Luan Vannatta, Mahala Weaver, Abraham Mowry, and the children of Elizabeth Mohler who are to share alike for the portion of their mother now deceaced. Item 3: I hereby constitute and appoint my son ABraham Mowry Executor and confer on him the authority to dispose at private or public sale all my property both real and personal for the highest price possible to obtain and to distribute the funds arising therefro as heretofore directed. Item 4: I desire that if my heirs can agree that there be no appraisal of my property and that my estate be settled without unnecessary expense in probate court. In testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand this 28th day of une 1899.
