Hemmerly Salt Creek Township - Wheeler Farm - Wolgamot - Wyler Located north of state route 241, on east side of county road 235. Cemetery Sketch is located at http://www.usgwarchives.net/oh/holmes/wolgamot/cemsketch.jpg My wife and I surveyed that cemetery several years ago but I never sent it to you to place online. Our survey is a hand-drawn sketch with each site's inscriptions noted. As you probably know it is a small cemetery, with about 50 stones, a good number of which are unreadable. I am attaching the sketch for you to review. Stones with no names noted are those we could not read. By the way, the back left corner has the gravesites of John and Mary Cotton. They are my fourth great grandparents, the parents of Nancy Cotton who married my third great grandfather Samuel Ewing, our Ewing ancestor, an emigrant from Co. Donegal about 1790. Sam and Nancy (Cotton) Ewing remained in southwestern PA where they died, but their children moved west to Holmes Co., and my ancestors to Hardin and Wyandot Co.
