Whoever will apprehend the said Silas Bower, of the township of Greenfield, in Huron county, and return him to his master in Monroe village, shall be entitled to the above reward but no charges. I do hereafter forbid all persons harboring or trusting him any way, directly or indirectly, from this date, as I will prosecute to the extent of the law. OLIVER W. SLOCUM.
