Glenn Duane Jones, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. W.G. Jones, died at the family home on
East street Tuesday 
evening at 7:30 o’clock, aged 8 months and three days.  Funeral services were held
Thursday afternoon at 
one o’clock from the home and two o’clock from the East Chapel, conducted by Rev.
Stone, who spoke 
loving words of sympathy and comfort to the bereaved parents.  Burial in the
adjoining cemetery.  The 
parents, three sisters, and one brother mourn the loss of their little darling.

This little bud so young and fair
Called hence by early doom,
Just came to show how sweet a flower
In Paradise would bloom.
