Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Fiser Funeral Home, 
Clyde, for Mrs. Emma Signs, 76, who died at the home home of a son, Lawrence, 
at 4:30 p.m. Monday.
The Rev. Virgil Frederick, of the Church of Christ, Clyde, will officiate. 
Burial will be in North Fairfield, Ohio, former home of the deceased.
Survivors include two other sons, Zachariah, of Plato, Mo. and Elmer, of 
Milan, and nine grandchildren. A daughter died in 1930.
Mrs. Signs was born January 1, 1861, in Michigan, a daughter of Jesse and 
Elizabeth Dennison Smith. She married William Signs, February 7, 1878. He died 
in 1921. Mrs. Signs moved to Clyde seven years ago. She was a member of the 
Universalist church of Bairdstown, Ohio.
