In Witness Herof, The said Orrie Hemenway 
hereby releases his right and expectancy of Dover in the said 
premises, has hereuto set his hand and seal, this 5th day 
of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Eighty two.

Signed, sealed and acknowledged in prescence of us:

 J.F. Laning                   Orrie Hemenway

The State of Ohio, County of Huron, ss:
     Be it Remembered, That on the 5th day of January
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty two,
before me, the subscriber, A Notary Public,
personally came - Orrie Hemenway

                                                  , the grantor

in the foregoing Deed, and acknowledged the signing and sealing thereof to be
their voluntary act and deed, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.

And the said

                      being examined by me, separate and apart
from ___ husband, and the contents of said Deed being by me known
and explained to ___, as the Statute directs, declared that ___ did
voluntarily sign, seal and acknowledge the same, and that ___ was still
satisfied therewith, as ___ act and deed, for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned.
