In Witness Herof, The said Gertie Bradley, G.W. Barnes and 
Dora Barnes wife of said G W Barnes who hereby releases her
right and expectancy of Dover in the said premises, have
hereuto set their hands and seals, this 25th day of March,
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Eighty One.

Signed, sealed and acknowledged in prescence of us: 
                                G.W. Barnes
 AM Beattie                     Dora Barnes
 S.N. Bradley                   Gertie Bradley

The State of Ohio, County of Huron, ss:
     Be it Remembered, That on the 25th day of March
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty one,
before me, the subscriber, A Notary Public,
personally came - G.W.Barnes, Dora Barnes and 
     Gertie Bradley
                                                  , the grantors

in the foregoing Deed, and acknowledged the signing and sealing thereof to be
their voluntary act and deed, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.

And the said 
               Dora Barnes wife
                             of the said
               G.W. Barnes
                      being examined by me, separate and apart
from her husband, and the contents of said Deed being by me known
and explained to her, as the Statute directs, declared that she did
voluntarily sign, seal and acknowledge the same, and that she was still
satisfied therewith, as her act and deed, for the uses and purposes therein
