In Witness Herof, The said D.W. Bradley and Hannah Bradley his wife 
who hereby releases her
right and expectancy of Dover in the said premises, have
hereuto set their hands and seals, this 21st day of February,
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Eighty One.

Signed, sealed and acknowledged in prescence of us: 
                                D.W. Bradley
 AM Beattie                     Hannah Bradley
 Polly A Segur                   

The State of Ohio, County of Huron, ss:
     Be it Remembered, That on the 21st day of February
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty one,
before me, the subscriber, A Notary Public,
personally came - D.W.Bradley and Hannah Bradley
                                                  , the grantors

in the foregoing Deed, and acknowledged the signing and sealing thereof to be
their voluntary act and deed, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.

And the said 
               Hannah Bradley wife
                             of the said
               D.W. Bradley
                      being examined by me, separate and apart
from her husband, and the contents of said Deed being by me known
and explained to her, as the Statute directs, declared that she did
voluntarily sign, seal and acknowledge the same, and that she was still
satisfied therewith, as her act and deed, for the uses and purposes therein
