In Witness Herof, The said Manning Hemmingway and 
Viletta Hemmingway his wife, who further hereby releases her
right and expectancy of Dover in the said premises, have
hereuto set their hands and seals, this 17th day of January,
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Ninety three.

The State of Ohio, County of Huron, ss:
     Be it Remembered, That on the 17th day of January
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety three,
before me, the subscriber, A Notary Public, personally came - 
Manning Hemmingway and Viletta Hemmingway, his wife
                                                  , the grantors

in the foregoing Deed, and acknowledged the signing and sealing thereof to be
their voluntary act and deed, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.

In Testimony Thereof, I have hereunto subscribed
        my name, and affixed my notariae
        seal, on the day and year aforesaid.
