(Jackson C. H., Ohio) 1847-1888: January 30, 1868 January 30, 1868 SUSAN M. McGee and Andrew McGhee, her husband, Sarah E. Farmer and Albert B. Shockey, a minor, will take notice that a petition was filed against them on the 25th day of January, A. D., 1868, in the Court of Common Pleas within and for the county of Jackson, by Sarah A. Shockey, and is now pending, wherein said Sarah A. Shockey demands partition (and the assignment of dower therein) of the following real estate, to wit: The northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section number twenty-one., of township number eight, of range number nineteen. And that, at the next term of said Court, the said Sarah A. Shockey will apply for an order that partition may be made of said premise. Dated this 30th day of January, A.D.., 1868, Sarah A.
