Her father was Allen STULTS and mother was Leah MILLER. I believe Nancy was born in 1860. Let me know if there is a connection. Thanks very much. Norma Byllesby About your BRUBAKER line......I hope you don't mind me adding my two cents? I have this family (my BRUBAKER came from Va., I have a lot more of them) Susannah BRUBAKER (dau. of Abraham) born Nov.13, 1784 at Saumsville, Shenandoah Co.,Va.; died Sept.19, 1856, in Island Twp., Ohio. married by Parson HAPSAN on Nov.22, 1803 to David HOTTEL, son of David and grandson of George, the youngest son of Johannes HOTTEL (the Immigrant HOTTEL in the HOTTEL/HUDDLE family line that I am a descendant of in my mother's family line). David was born near Mt. Olive, on the east side of Little North Mountain, Shenandoah County, Va. on May 25, 1783; he died Oct.3, 1861 in Island Twp., Ohio. A note of history of this family: The early married life of this couple was spent in Virginia, first in Frederick, then Shenandoah County where all their children were born. They then came to Steubenville, Ohio, where he plied his trade as a tailor on what is now West Market Street until his retirement, when he and his wife made their home with their son, Emanuel, on the farm, near the city, in Island township. It was here they died. (may have been Island Creek or Island View Township?) As to their children, Lydia and Rebecca, being married at the time their parents went to Ohio, stayed in Va. Abraham and Cornelius died as infants. The remainder accompanied their parents to Ohio, except David went to Kansas and Elizabeth to Iowa. In 1850 David HOTTEL paid a visit to Saumsville, Va. in an open buggy, with a grey horse. This was the first appearance of a buggy in that vacinity! He sold the horse for $25 to Cornelius SAUM, who in turn sold the horse to James W. SAUM for $17. This family had 16 children! Lydia HOTTEL who married Abraham KELLER of Va.
