& Daniel L. Collier of Steubenville to Thomas Thummy & Thos Meredith of Balto, 
Md, Joseph Branson also of Balto, Md Exr of Wm W. Smith late of same place & 
adms of John Phillips of same place, Smith & Phillips being partners trading 
as Smith & Phillips & Isaac McPherson of Balto, admr of Andrew Agnew of same 
place to John Bray & William Finley of Ohio for $1 & $940 pd a tract of land 
on Island Creek ctg 100 A as tenants in common.
