On this 11th day of January A.D. 1926, personally appeared before me, a Notory Public within and for the county and State aforsaid, Kinsey Cahill, who being duly sworn according to the law, declares that he is 79 years of age, and a resident of Salem, county of Marion, State of Oregon; and that he is the indentical person who was ENROLLED at Alliance, Ohio, under the name of Kinsey Cahill, on the 2nd day of March 1865 as a private, in Co. H. 195th Regiment Ohio Inf. in the service of the United States, in the Civil War, and was Honorably Discharged at Alexandria, VA, on the 18th day of December 1865.
