Declaration For Pension;

State Of Oregon, County Of Marion. On this 11th day of January A.D. 1926,  
personally appeared before me, a Notory Public within and for the county and  
State aforsaid, Kinsey Cahill, who being duly sworn according to the law,  
declares that he is 79 years of age, and a resident of Salem, county of Marion,  
State of Oregon; and that he is the indentical person who was ENROLLED at  
Alliance, Ohio, under the name of Kinsey Cahill, on the 2nd day of March 1865 as  
a private, in Co. H. 195th Regiment Ohio Inf. in the service of the United  
States, in the Civil War, and was Honorably Discharged at Alexandria, VA, on the  
18th day of December 1865.

Officer who signed discharge was James H. Prentis, Capt.
