Mrs Burke was 67. She was born Feb. 22, 1886, in Belmont County, O. a daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Jane Rigby. Mrs. Burke was a member of the Potter Memorial Presbyterian Church. Surviving are two sons, Thomas of Downey, Calif., and William of Detroit, Mich.; three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Kropp of RD 4, Steubenville, and Mrs. Lydia Owen and Mrs. Blanche Hemsley, both at home; three brothers, Samuel Rigby of Follansbee, and Harry and Edward Rigby of Youngtown, Ohio, two grandchildren, Robert and Thomas Hemsley, who reside with her, and nine other grandchildren. Friends will be received at the family residence after 7 p.m. today. Arrangements are incomplete.
