Michael Lanaghan Sr.

A resident of Steubenville for __ years, Michael Lanaghan Sr, 71, died 
unexpectedly at work in the Steubenville plant of the Wheeling Steel 
Corporation., Wednesday at 3:15 pm of a heart attack.

Born in County Mayo, Ireland, Mr. Lanaghan came to the United States in 
1922. He was a member of the Holy Name Cathedral and resided at 450 
Spring Ave.

He leaves his widow, Mary Lanaghan of the home: two sons Micheal Jr. and 
John Francis of Steubenville, and a daughter, Mrs. Veronica La Rocco of 
Cleveland. A son, Leo P. Lanaghan, was killed in World War II.

Friends may call at the family home today. Funeral arrangements are 
incomplete.
