Sizelove, Sr., on 19 May, 2012. East of Barton Rd, (TR417) on North Liberty Rd. (CR 15). This nicely cared for, township owned cemetery is located near the east side of route 15, south of Lower Fredericktown Rd. and north of Barton Rd. This would be approximately the 15500 postal number location. It is surrounded by farmland, fairly flat in elevation. It contains many old sandstone memorials, some worn smooth by weatherization, others broken into fragments, which has unfortunately rendered them no longer readable. There's about 15 rows of stones, some containing about 20 memorials, others with fewer. I would estimate over 300 burials, earliest readable stone found being in 1826, up to present time. It appears to be an actively used cemetery, as I have found recent modern death dates on some headstones. My readings are preliminary and arranged in alphabetized order for easier research. They consist of perhaps one-third or less, of total burials that exist in this cemetery. Please Note: Click on underlined name to view tombstone image.
