Sizelove, Sr., on 03 Sept., 2011. The cemetery is located on the south side of SR3, in the 500 numbers area of Wooster Rd. This area is just east of Mount Vernon, in an area known as Academia, Ohio. The entrance is almost exactly across fron the Seventh Day Advent Church entrance driveway. This well maintained little cemetery is cared for by Monroe Township Trustees. This cemetery has farm fence around it parameter, with a double farm fence gate on the alley side. It is fairly level with the exception of the eastern area, which drops in elevation. The northern side borders about six to eight feet above the tree lined roadway, State Route 3. Residences border both the southern and western sides of the cemetery. The drive way entrance is paved, but remnants of paving brick show through the drive at various locations. Although there are only a few headstones, it appears to still be active and in use since about 1835. I started my readings nearest the gate side of cemetery and near the fence, northwest corner. Reading stones in a left to right sequence. My readings include every tombstone still existing at the cemetery. Row 1. i.
