BRENISER DIES AT HOSPITAL; AUTO HIT BY STEEL-LADEN TRUCK Ralph J. Breniser, 20, Lake Rd., Perry, died at 5:45 A.M. today in Lake County Memorial hospital from a fractured skull and other injuries suffered when the automobile he was driving was struck by a truck loaded with steel on Route 20 and Antioch Road, Perry, at 2 A.M. Ralph Photo, of Perry, a passenger in the automobile suffered a head injury and finger cuts. County coroner W.R. Carle gave a verdict of accidental death. According to the report made to Sheriff James Moloney by Deputies Clarence Arnn and Wilbur Cahilll, who were summoned with State Highway police, the truck was driven by Robert Lee Gordon, 30, of 1777 W. 31st. Street. Cleveland, Ohio They quoted Mr. Gordon as saying he was driving east at normal rate of speed when the Breniser car pulled in front of him, heading west as it came out from in front of the tavern. Hits Car Broadside Mr. Gordon said he sought to stop, but was unable to avoid striking the automobile which was hit broadside on the left side. Front end of the tractor was badly damaged. Ralph Jacob Breniser had resided in Perry since 1938 and was caretaker for the summer home of Arthur J. Hoiles at the lake. He served in the Army and graduated from Perry High School in 1945. Surviving are his parents Mr. and Mrs. Starr Breniser, Lake Road, Perry, brother, Roy Breniser and sister, Joanne; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Breniser of Dover, O., and Mrs. Eva Irwin of Canton.
