The Ironton Register
Louisa Richardson, aged 66 years, 10 months, and 8 days.  The deceased was 
born in Campbell Co. Virginia, June 5, 1816.  Was married in Gallia Co. Ohio 
September 8, 1833, to William Richardson, who still lives only to mourn her 
loss for a short time and then meet her in a better world to never part 
again.  In 1842 she, with her husband, upon a profession of faith in the Lord 
Jesus, united with the Christian Church in Jackson Co. Ohio.  Her Godly walk 
and conversation proved that she never departed from the faith.  She was ever 
good and kind, especially to the poor.  She leaves five boys and seven girls 
and an aged husband to mourn her departure.  Funeral took place Sunday at 3 PM 
Rev. J. M. Kelly and Rev A. J. Warren conducted the services, interment at 
Kelly’s.”
