Dicken. William R. Dicken, son of John B. and Louise Dicken, was born in Bedford county, Pa., in the year 1835, and departed from this life February 8th, 1903, at Hebron, Ohio. He was the oldest of a family of ten children. Thirty-five years ago he was married to Miss Jemina Bounds. He leaves a wife and one daughter, two sisters and three brothers. He enlisted in the Civil War at its beginning and served to its close. For many years he was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church. We have reasons to believe he is with the blest at God's right hand. The funeral services were conducted by his pastor, Rev. James H. Rogers and his body was laid to rest in the Hebron Cemetery.
