Dicken. Ailing the past year and seriously ill six months, Mrs. Gertrude A. Dicken, 80, widow of Homer B. Dicken, former city plumbing inspector, was fund dead in bed in the home, 707 W. Church St., at 12:13 p. m. Friday, by her sister, Mrs. Minnie Lanigan, 39 Bowers Ave. Mrs. Dicken who suffered a cerebral hemorrhage several months ago had been under the care of a physician. The Police Department was notified and a routine investigation was made. Mrs. Dicken a lifelong resident of Licking County, was born Sept. 26, 1881, in Madison Township, the daughter of Ezra Priest and Sarah (Davis) Priest. She was a member of Neal Ave., Methodist Church. Besides her sister, she leaves a brother Homer T. Priest of Health Village. Four sisters and a brother are deceased. The Rev. E. T. Acord will officiate at services at 3 p. m. monday in the chapel in Criss Brothers Funeral Home and burial will be made in Rocky Fork Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p. m.
