Source: Local Paper, clipped and filed by LCGS LEVI HOLLER Levi Holler, an old and highly respected citizens of Licking county, died at his home two miles north of the city, on the Mt. Vernon road, at 10:15 o'clock, Sunday morning. He had been ailing since the holidays, but had only been confined to his bed for the past two weeks. He was born in Madison township, February 20, 1831, to Mr. and Mrs. Henry Holler. Most of his life was spent In Ohlo, with the exception of 12 years spent in Iowa. While there he was engaged in school teaching. He was married in 1854 to Hattie Martin, daughter of Daniel Martin, who then resided on the farm, where the state's encampment grounds west of the city were located. To this union were born four. children, Henry M., Richard E., Phoebe Flora and Katherine. Mrs. Holler died In 1864. Upon returning to Ohio, he settled on a farm in Morrow county, where he lived for 15 years and for the past 16 years he had lived on the farm where he died. He was married again in 1865 to Elizabeth McFetters. The deceased was a member of the First M. E. church and belonged to Olive branch, I. O. O. F. He leaves to mourn their loss, his wife, sons Henry M, of Fremont. Utah. Richard E. of Chicago, Ill., and daughter Mrs. Flora Green of Chathem. O., brothers, William in the Mt. Vernon road and John of Granville. The funeral services will be held from the home at 2 o'clock, Tuesday, April 2, under the auspices Olive Branch, I.O.O.F. Interment in Cedar Hill.
