Retired the past 18 years, he was a former employee of the maintenance-of-way department of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Co. The son of Richard and Jane (Fulton) Willey, he was born Nov. 16, 1872 in the Rocky Fork vicinity. His wife, Olive Oleta preceded him in death Aug, 6, 1939 and he leaves five sons, Clyde Edward Willey of Claylick, Noble O. in Michigan, Kenneth B. of Tobosco and Leonard V. and Millard A., twins of Newark, also eight grandchildren; three brothers, John and Thurman Willey of Fallsburg and Virgil Willey of Newark. A daughter and a brother are deceased. Mr. Willey was a member of the E. U. B. church and the Rev. Chester Sidle will officiate at services in the Baughman Funeral home in Frazeysburg at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be made in Hanover Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Monday.
