Lisa Willey officiating. Burial will follow in Newark Memorial Gardens where military honors will be observed. Mr. Willey died July 9, 2005 at his home. He was born December 6, 1921, in Tobosco to the late Allen Elonzo and Olive Oleta (Howell) Willey. Mr. Willey served as a PFC in the U. S. Army during World War II. He retired from the B&O Railroad and attended Community Wesleyan Church. Surviving are his wife, Avonelle (Campbell) Willey; daughter, Lisa Willey of Polk, Ohio; sons, David (Nancy) Willey of Newark, Keith (Nancy) of Columbus and Mark Willey of Newark; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; brother, Leonard Willey of Newark; many nieces and nephews.
