The Newark Daily Advocate, Friday, October 25, 1889, Vol. XXIII, No. 96, Page 4, Happily Wedded. Mr. George E. Brady and Miss Daisy Dicken. Wedding bells rang joyously yesterday at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Dicken, near Newark. Mr. George E. Brady, a prominent young man of Pataskala, and Miss Daisy, the highly respected and accomplished daughter of A. W. Dicken and wife, were married yesterday at 12 o'clock, at the home of the bride's parents, near this city. Rev. Danford, of Jacksontown, had the honor of performing the marriage ceremony. Quite a number of invitations were sent out and a grand time was enjoyed. Delicious refreshments were served and the presents were very handsome. The young couple departed on the evening train to visit relatives in the northern part of the State. On their return they will make their future home on York street. The groom is a son of Mr. Ben Brady, of Pataskala, and a nephew of Mr. C. S. Brady of this city, and of course a staunch Democrat. The young couple, will have the best wishes of numerous friends for a long life of hapiness and prosperity.
