No. 54, Page 12, Wedding Rites In Granville.
Miss Mabel Dicken Weds Walter Anderson of Newark, Sunday.

     Granville, Oct. 1-Mr. and Mrs. John Dicken announce the marriage of their 
daughter, Mabel, to Walter Anderson, son of S. A. Anderson, Newark. The 
ceremony was solemnized Sunday morning at 9 o'clock in the Granville Methodist 
Episcopal church, Rev. Frank Mcintosh, pastor, reading the service. The bride 
was attended by Miss Helen Lay of Newark, while the bridegroom's best man was 
Edward Schmaids.
     Following the ceremony, a wedding breakfast was served the immediate 
families at Pine Lodge. The bride is a graduate of the Granville high school 
and studied later at Davidson university and Ohio State university. She has 
been a member of the faculty at Clark university in Atlanta, Ga. Mr. Anderson 
is a graduate of Newark high school. They left on a wedding trip, and plan to 
spend the winter in the south.
