LITTLE/CARTER A quiet wedding solemnized in the presence of relatives and immediate friends. Mr. Harry R. Little, of Abilence, Kanasas, and Miss Dolly A. Carter pronounced the holy vows of wedlock last evening, at the home of the bride on College Street. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. E. W. Cholds, in the presence of immediate relatives and a few intimate friends. A delicate wedding supper was served at the conclusion of the ceremony. The groom is a successful and popular business man of Abilene, Kan., and is well known in Granville, having formerly been a student of Denison University. He unities in his character the qualities of the thorough gentleman, traits of probity and integrity which have secured him the esteem of a large number of acquaintances. The bride needs no mention to Granvillians. From her childhood she has possessed the admiration and love of all our citizens, which have but been increased by the attainments and graces of character which distinguish her more mature years. Her generous nature and willingness to help others are clearly demonstrated in the cheerfulness with which she agreed to employ her voice in assisting in the local entertainments, a voice as sweet and elevating as the character of its possessor. The happy young couple will remain in Granville several weeks, after which they will remove to their home in the west - a home which we all trust may be supplied with all the blessings which should attend their life.
