From the "Bellefontaine Gazette", Bellefontaine, Ohio
16 Nov 1832 	In the vicinity of Bellefontaine on the 27th ult., Thomas Hays,
aged about 80 years, He was a member of the Protestant Episcopal Church about 10
years. Since has been a member of the Methodist Church.
