From the “Bellefontaine Republican”, Bellefontaine, Ohio
12 Dec 1856    At West Liberty on the 10th inst., of lung fever, 
Judge Peter Kelly. He was a native of Augusta Co., Va. and had 
served as Associate Judge of the Common Pleas Court.
