From the “Bellefontaine Republican”, Bellefontaine, Ohio
25 Dec 1863    Presented to Mrs. Annie Moore on the death of her husband Oswell 
Moore who died at his residence on Sept. 30th in Rushsylvania, aged 74 years, and 
her son Joseph Moore of Co. K, 121st O.V.I, who feel in the battle of Chickamauga 
on Sept. 20th and died in the Hospital at Nashville on October 7th aged 24 years.
