From the “Bellefontaine Republican”, Bellefontaine, Ohio
14 Nov 1856    A coroner's inquest held over the body of William F. Randolph,
found hanged in his wagon barn on the 12th inst. It is said he was "mentally 
deranged" and a note pinned on his coat said he was prompted to suicide by 
"a wicked heart." A resident of Liberty township.
