From the “Bellefontaine Republican”, Bellefontaine, Ohio
13 Aug 1869	At the residence of her son-in-law Dr. J.F. Hance on 28 Jul 1869,
Mrs. Martha Turner of Iowa City from paralysis, aged 76 years. Went to Iowa in the
fall of 1854; came to DeGraff to visit her daughter, Mrs. Hance, on Jun 17th; she 
was fine until Jul 11th when she suffered from paralysis from which she suffered 
until she died.
