From the “Bellefontaine Republican”, Bellefontaine, Ohio
24 Sep 1869	At Piqua on Aug 26th, Rev. Samuel Wallace, last pastor of the 
First United Presbyterian Church of Piqua, aged 54 years. At one time he was 
pastor at the Bellefontaine Associated Reformed Church. Moved to Indianapolis 
for three years before removing to Piqua.
