Legal Notice
Walter Dale        In Court of Common Pleas
  vs
Samuel McConnell

Samuel McConnell, whose residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 19th 
day of January, A.D. 1884, Walter Dale filed his petition in the Common Pleas 
Court of Lorain County, Ohio in case No. 1476, against the above named party, 
praying for the foreclosure of a mortgage made by Samuel McConnell to Walter 
Dale, plaintiff, on lot No. thirteen (13) in block No twelve (12) in George E. 
Browell's addition to the Village of Charleston (now Lorain) a sub-division in 
this county, given secure a debt on which a balance of $100 and intrest  at 8 
per cent , to be paid annually from July 13, 1882.
Said Samuel McConnell is required to answer on or before the 16th day of April, 
1884 or judgment will be taken against him.
