Death Certificate
JOHN KNIPPER, age 68, of Elyria died at his home after a short illness.  

              Born on June 3, 1827 he arrived in America coming from Sankt 
Servatius Rheinland Prussia (Germany) on June 28, 1861 and had been an Elyria 
resident since shortly after that time.  

              He is survived by his wife Margaret (nee Klee) and daughters 
Mrs Katherine Buswell, Mrs Margaret Buswell and Mrs Emma Maddock all of North 
Ridgeville, Mrs Margaruite Cook of Elyria and Mrs Elizabeth "Lizzie" Johnson 
of Cleveland and by sons Vincent Knipper, John A. Knipper, Antone Knipper, 
Nicholas "Nick" Knipper and Jacob Knipper of Elyria; brothers Vincent and 
Peter Knipper of Avon, Ohio, Jacob Knieper of Michigan and a sister Elisabeth 
of Avon, Ohio. 

              Services were held at St Marys Catholic Church in Elyria and 
burial followed at St Marys Cemetery in Elyria.
