Source: Last Will And Testament
Written: October 17, 1957

  I, Steve Mezlak,of the Township of Sheffield in the County of Lorain and 
State of Ohio   being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare 
this my last WILL and Testament, in manner following that is to say:
  FIRST, I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of 
my estate as soon as practicable after the date of my deceased.
  SECOND: I give, bequeath and devise all my property, real and personal, of 
every kind and description, and wheresoever situate, that I may own or have 
the right to dispose of at the time of my decease, to my wife, Catherine 
Mezlak, for and during her natural life, and upon her death, to my daughter, 
Katherine White, absolutely and in fee simple.
  LASTLY: I hereby appoint my daughter, Katherine to serve without bond as 
execute rix
of this, my last Will and Testament: hereby revoking all former Wills by me 
made.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name the 17th day of October 
in the year Nineteen Hundred and fifty seven.

We, whose names are hereto subscribed, DO CERTIFY that on the 17th day of 
October 1957
                                     Steve Mezlak

the testat or above named, subscribed his name to this insrument in our 
presence and in the presence of each of us, and at the same time, in our 
presence and hearing, declared the same to be his last WILL and TESTAMENT, and 
requested us, and each of us, to sign our names thereto as witnesses to the 
execution thereof, which we hereby do in the presence of the testate or and of 
each other, on the day of the date of the said Will, and write opposite our 
names our respective places of residence.

Additional Comments:
PROBATE OF WILL Notice 21st day of April 1969 to Vernon M. Smith the sheriff 
of Lorain County to notify Steve Mezlak, Theodore Mezlak, Joseph Mezlak, Frank 
Mezlak, and John G. Mezlak.
APPLICATION FOR PROBATE OF WILL 13th day of March 1969- No spouse- Persons who 
would be entitled to inherit
Steve Mezlak jr. son,  Johanna White daughter,  Theodore Mezlak son,  Joseph 
Mezlak son,  Katherine White daughter,  Frank Mezlak son,  John G. Mezlak son.
