The Constitution, Atlanta, Ga. June 25, 1891
Toledo, O., June 24. -- This afternoon William H. Cook, late police clerk of 
this city, plead guilty to the embezzlement of $5,000 of the city funds, and 
was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary and to pay a fine of $10,000.
