Garwacki-Grothjan Wedding Solemnized

In a ceremony performed yesterday in Rosary Cathedral, Nancy Ann Garwacki, 
daughter of Bernard R. Garwacki, Westchester Road, and the late Mrs. Garwacki, 
became the bride of Harold H. Grothjan, son of Mrs. Harold H. Grothjan, Sr., 
Parkwood Avenue, and the late Mr. Grothjan.

The bride wore a gown of white peau de soie, fashioned with a bateau neckline and 
a v-shaped front panel.

Mrs. Richard Ruse was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Frank Bennett, 
Clyde, O., sister of the bridegroom, Mrs. C. Barnes Walbridge, Jean Couture and 
Judy Neff. They wore white nylon organdy dresses, sashed with purple, green and 
blue ribbon.

Flower girl Mary Helen Vankiewisz also wore white.

Best man was Nick Vosdogenes. Ushers were Ben Fearing, Jerry Garwacki, brother of 
the bride; Jerry Grothjan, cousin of the bridegroom, and John Lecklider.
